iPod Nano Nike fitness

Anyone have the small square iPod Nano and ever use the Nike fitness app on it? I'm curious about using it while running. Is it pretty accurate? I have heard you can use this without having the adapter in your shoe (I just have the ipod).

    I really enjoy using it. As far as how accurate is I'm not 100% sure but everything seems to add up. It's just really nice to have your time monitored and it also tells you how many miles. Overall, I am very satisfied with it for it being a free app.
