Lower body weight loss

I am been doing pretty well keeping to my calorie intake and exercising and have lost almost 10lbs but it seems to be coming off everywhere but upper thighs. I just cant seem to loss inches there. Any suggestions?

  • First, congratulations on your weight loss.

    Second, you can't spot weight loss. Hopefully you are doing cardio ALONG with some strength training. That will help you lose the weight and a possible calorie net between 500-1000. One day do some leg exercises (using the machines), another day do some biceps and triceps. Another day do chest and shoulders, etc. Each of those days or on the other days do your 30 minutes minimum of cardio.

    If you have a smart phone, download Nike Training Club. They have specific workouts for your lower body (burpees, squats, lunges, etc.)
