So, I just had to post something since I just got into a very good mood. I was at work and I went to the bathroom and while I was washing my hands, my coworker looked at me and said, "You're just melting away." I didn't know what she was talking about at first, and then she said, "How much have you lost?" I told her 10 pounds and she said, "I can tell." I was all smiles after that. It's good stuff. Just had to post!!

    It's a great feeling! I had someone say something similar to me two days ago... "OK, you can stop losing weight now... you're melting away." While I tend not to agree, as I'd like to lose just a couple of more pounds, it felt so very good to hear!

    That's a great NSV! Sometimes the simplest compliments made sincerely can really make our day!

    Kudos for your co-worker too; sometimes it's hard to know if it's okay to say something, but she seemed to pick the right words and expression to let you know it was a compliment!
