12 Weeks to Memorial Day Weekend - What's your plan?

I was just noticing that it's about 12 weeks until Memorial Day Weekend - the kind of unofficial/official start of summer. What's your plan? Here's mine:
- Keep running - Half Marathon on 4/12 and a few more races in the summer
- Amp up strength/conditioning training (stop making excuses!) - I love to lift heavy but no access to a gym means at-home workouts. I'm slowly building up my home gym with dumbbells and weighted bars
- Be consistent - I've signed up for a few groups (Spring Cleaning, Countdown to Summer) and will be sticking with these folks to keep me accountable
- Celebrate small wins
- Stay POSITIVE - I battle depression off and on but I can't let that derail my fitness goals. In fact, I'm happier and depression-free when I'm doing what's healthy for my body.
- Goal by Memorial Day Weekend: Lose another 10-12lbs and set the foundation for a healthy and active summer

I've got five pairs of pants in the dresser, that I'm too big to wear right now. On Memorial day, I want to wear them outside!0

I wanted to be at my goal weight by Memorial Day. That's 15 pounds away... I might be pushing it a bit... but I think I'll be close. My plan is to just keep working hard and getting closer to my goal.0

I am hoping to be up to a 6 mile run, already at 4!0
