Lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks

9 months ago I gave birth to my youngest daughter, and gave up any idea of ever being fit again.
2 weeks ago I kind of hit a breaking point and decided enough was enough.

Start: 198 lbs.

1.5 weeks later: 190 lbs. (-8lbs.)

For one, I breastfeed, which boosted any exercise and dieting I did. However, before, it didn't make me magically lose weight like I thought lol.

I go to the gym 5x a week, mainly at night after my girls went to bed. I did 30-45 minutes on the treadmill, did 30 minutes of strength training to rest my heart rate a bit, then back to a cardio machine (either elliptical or stationary bike) for 30 more minutes.

I also cut out sodas and drink 1 herbalife formula 1 shake/day.
