I'm a full-time student, full-time employee... How do I find the time to work out? I don't get home until 6 at least and usually eat make/eat dinner, and by 7:30 I have to do homework. I do homework until about 10:30 or so and then off to bed because I wake up at 5:30 for work... HELP!!!

If you want to do it, you'll find the time. I know that sounds harsh, but it's reality. I have two kids and work full time. That means I get up at 4:30 am to workout. I'm out the door for work by 7. Find 10 minutes here and there if you can't carve out good time. Do some HIIT for a short but intense workout.

You can lose weight by diet alone, although exercise is good for the mind and body. You might have to be content with exercising on the weekends or on your days off.

Remember that every little bit of movement is good so during your work breaks, walk the stairs or around in the building. Focus primarily on cleaning up your diet and staying within your daily calorie limit.

You just have to make time, honestly. I mean, step one is being able to eat healthier. That alone can help you initially, but exercise really is key. Let's say you need to do some reading for your homework. Why not do squats while reading? Lift some weights? It doesn't take much. If you're unwilling to adjust your life around working out, there's not much we can say to help you!

When I was working on my bachelor's degree full time and working full time, I purchased my text books as digital copies so that I could download them to my iPad. Kindle and Nook may also be options. Sometimes you can even rent them this way. This way I could read while riding an exercise bike, walking the treadmill, etc.

Multitasking got me through a lot of stuff!
