    My protein intake was too high, so hit the elliptical. YAY! 2.31 miles to add to my ticker!!! Think I will surpass the 50 miles and go for 60. GO ME! (lol)

    3/1 = 2 total
    3/3 +4.5 miles = 6.5 total
    3/5 + 4.75 = 11.25 total

    3/7 +3 = 14.25 total miles

    Helplesshappy.....I dont really have THAT answer. I've been up-dating DAILY OR as I do the miles then update...

    The problem I have is that I am not sure I understand the 'ticker' thing. The only way I have found too update THAT is too go BACK too tickerfactory and do it there Then I have too come back here. It seems a bit REPETITIOUS too ME.....so I am not sure I will keep the ticker. It would be faster too just do a post here at FF daily (or each day the wak is done) instead of jumping back and forth between sites....that is IF I'm even doing it correctly....IF we could just click on the ticker and change it HERE would be soooo nice...

    This is a challenge since I dont think I have ran 50 miles in my whole life!- 11 miles so far this month and my *kitten* is so sore! It must be shrinking, right? :laugh:

    I'm going to have to withdraw from this challenge. Working on a major project at home on a very limited timeline. Hopefully will find another in April to join.
