Hello, well into week two and finding this very helpful tool to my way of life; not obsessive nor mindless, but accountable and steady. Here is my question: why does weight training not register calorie deficits in the program when you enter your work-outs, but aerobics work does? Curious. Thanks, this is my first post.

Welcome!!
There is a strength training option under the cardio tab, that will show calories burned (roughly). If you have a hrm you can input your own personal information with the "add" option.
Best of luck!! :flowerforyou:0 -
