any advice on exercises please .......

my hubby needs to know which exercises he can do to build out the sides of his stomach ...... iv put a pic of where he wants to build out , its pic 15 please take a look and help please.

    that would be obliques. they are responsible for rotating the torso relative to the hips.

    good exercises for those are: side bends, side crunches, russian twists, and a whole bunch of variations of these.
