I am intrigued!
I actually spontaneously mixed greek yogurt with pumpkin puree and vanilla stevia and froze it the other day and it was pretty darn good. Can't wait to try this!0 -
Anything with protein and ice-cream in the title gets my attention!0

@Sarauk2sf that's how I felt too haha. I was like hey I have all these ingredients... and man it was really good I'm so glad I tried it! I mean how can you go wrong with sweetened yogurt and peanut butter on top? You really can't. It's just basically a yogurt parfait that's been frozen so it's more like ice cream I think the cottage cheese makes it creamier and you can't taste the protein powder at all so that's pretty nice!
I forgot to mention if you add cocoa powder, try adding a splash of milk/almond milk to mix it in properly.0 -
Yep, this recipe is going to be saved in my long list of protein yummies!0

YUM! I might add some choc PB2 in and see how that works out.0

Just made mine...I have chocolate protein powder, so I just made it with the yogurt, cottage cheese, my protein powder, and one packet of truvia and it was delicious!0

Tagging this for later....0

Thanks friend!!0

Does it get chunky because of the cottage cheese? I see myself having texture issues (yeah, whatever, I'm weird). I might blitz it in the food processor and then run it through my ice cream machine to smooth it out.0

chocolate, please!0

I do frozen bananas and blend protein powder into that then grease a container with coconut oil. 2 ingredients is the lazy ice cream maker inside of me.0
