WW/Counting calories?

Within the past month I decided to make the transition from counting WW pts to counting calories. I had done WW for so long and I wanted a change. Since I've decided to count calories instead, I haven't lost any weight. I eat about 1400 cals a day so I'm not eating a ton of cals....has this happened to anyone before?

Your body is going to have to adjust so try giving it a little more time. Also although weight watchers is a great program it is definitely structured differently then calorie counting. With points you have been eating more calories then you think you were and in that case dropping your body to a lower calorie intake may have shocked it a little bit and slowed things down. So make sure you are eating ENOUGH calories, you may need to bump it up a bit to start the weight loss back up.0
