ggrrr how do i update my ticker?
Someone may have answered privately, but in case they didn't...
When you are done configuring a ticker, you see 3 boxes containing code at the bottom of the page.
The first is the bbcode link, which you copy and past into the board messages to display the ticker. The second is an HTML hyperlink which you might use on a web page. The last is an HTML link to the image.
If you look at the code in the first two boxes, you see that each contains two web paths; the first part of each link doesn't have a filename at the end. THAT is the link you should copy and bookmark to edit your ticker. It looks something like
http://www.TickerFactory.com/exercise/jumble of 7 or so mixed case random letters and numbers/
For example, mine for March lives at
http://www.TickerFactory.com/exercise/w6WoXex/
When you return to that link you can then enter the passcode you made up, add to 'Your current cumulative value:' using the Add link, and save the changes. Then you copy and paste your bbcode link from the finish page when you post here to report on your progress.
Hope that made things less confusing, not more!

FINALLY!!! 1 week into March and I actually got to run.
Put down 4.5/50 miles. It was an awesome first run back!!0 -
Ok, so I said I would go for 60 miles in March and have just counted my mileage from 1-7 March. I've done 29 miles already!!!!
