What would be great workout ideas or tips to start now that I could do safely through a pregnancy? I have 1 child and had a normal and health pregnancy. I did great with my first child and only gained 20 lbs but lost a lot of muscle tone and didn't get back in shape for a while. I have lost most of my baby weight but working to lose a little more and tone up problem areas. I would really like to get in better shape now & be more proactive, if we try for a 2nd child. Any tips or ideas?

I did some great pregnancy workouts via dvd. I did pregnancy yoga, light walking, small arm weights, and water aerobics! Safe to do while pregnant, not too strenuous or cumbersome. I have a friend that made a dvd called "Chicks n Chickens, lullaby exercises". It's a soothing dance video for after you give birth too. Lots of options out there these days.
