Compulsion to work out...

Hi all,
So I have been doing this whole weight loss thing seriously for almost two weeks, and in that time I´ve lost something like 5-7 pounds.
I have been sick the last few days, and only yesterday and today I did not work out at all. I was able to eat a bit more than yesterday but I didn´t workout The problem is, I used to/still have an ED and I am getting stressed knowing I cannot work out. I know rest days are important, but I am also sure when I am better I won´t be taking rest days.
Is it really bad not to rest?

Good question. I am on day 101 or something like that with MFP and haven't been able to not do something in the form of exercise each of those days, Granted some days just walk a couple fast miles but always something. I am afraid to take a rest day.0

I sometimes feel like I just HAVE to work out or else I'll gain all the weight I've lost back by the next morning. However, laziness sits in maybe once a week or once every two weeks and I just don't go. And ya know what? I feel a little bad about it, but the next time I go work out I end up there longer/working harder because I'm rested.
It's a win-win. I got a day off, and a great work out the next day!0
