Hi all, I'm Sue and I've had enough! Been recommended MFP so thought I'd give it a go and back at the gym too to help burn the calories. I have dodgy knees so can't do a lot of what I used to do in the gym so finding my way slowly. Very helpful to see what exactly I eat. I had a bag of Haribos last night & instantly saw how stupid it was to do so however it's how I'll learn I guess.
So far so good, however the weekend beckons and we'll see how I can maintain the structure that I have built up during the week.
I also want to do the Race for Life again this year. I wasn't able to last year due to knee op but being back at gym makes me realise I can push myself a bit harder now so should be fit by June!!
