Introducing myself - Brandii

Hello - I am working to lose a relatively small amount of weight - but difficult nonetheless. I am a food LOVER (I rank food in my top 3 favorite things in LIFE). So I hope to fall in love with some new healthy recipes. Exercise is not an issue for me - I enjoy working out, but I consume more calories than I burn so I am trying to reverse the curse! Super restrictive diets also do not work for me - I mentally sabotage myself and binge. I have learned that weight loss is 70% diet and 30% exercise. I have found this to be true. Anyhow, I have all the tools I need to make this journey a success its just a matter to will power and dedication. I know I can do this.
