Hi! I know people have already posted about this but I'd like somone to tell me if IM doing something wrong.
Im a 30 year old female. Im 5'11" Right now I weigh in at 270.6. Yesterday I weighed in at 269.4. So over night I gained 1.2lbs.
I keep my calories at 1500 calories a day and 400-500 calories in exercise on top of day to day activity. I usually eat back my calories I burned because if I didnt. I'd be way too low on calories. Do I need to increase calories or is my body just adjusting to exercise. (I just started a few days ago) Wednesday I weighed in at 270.4. Thursday 269.4 and today 270.6
I dont know what im doing wrong. I know I shouldnt weigh everyday too. HELP!
My diet profile is saying I burn 2,830 calories a day with day to day activity.

You can't go by daily readings of the scale. It takes time for the scale to reflect an verbal trend of healthy choices.
Your weight can drop suddenly due to dehydration or diarrhea causing your bowel to be emptier than usual. It can rise suddenly due bloating, water retention in muscles that are getting used to a new exercise, constipation...
The only thing you will learn by stepping on the scale more than once a week is how different choices and different times of day affect your body.0 -

Ditto to that answer... Just to let you know, I can gain 4 pounds overnight due to water weight, and lose it all a few days later!0
