I always do my mother a sunday roast for mothers day but as this year we are both trying our hardest to beat the battle of the bulge I want to cook her something healthy thats also pretty special anyone have any ideas/ recipes they can share please?

    I don't know about recipes, but perhaps some grilled chicken (some some type of lemon marinade?) a nice green/spinach salad, broccoli or asparagus, a small sweet potato (for a starch). Angel food cake with strawberries for dessert.
