I'm new to this. I have never been much of a mover or shaker, and my favorite meals were about 1500 calories. I have gotten a new lease on life and am going to stick to it. There are a lot of health problems that run in my family. This is another way of pushing these back or avoiding them all together.

I want to know how some people have their goals in green below their posts. I can't figure it out.

    If you are referring to the ticker thingy, go into tools and create one. You can use one that they make for you, or one like mine that you personalize the photo. I'm a newbie as well, so we can learn this together!

    Hi! Welcome to MFP! After you have your ticker set up, go to 'Signature' and just type in what you want. :flowerforyou:

    Oh, ok. Imade a ticker, but I'm not sure what happened to it. I will have to make another one.
