Im so f’in hungry!!! I have been so black and white on my eating, and whenever I try to give myself that little bit of this or that, i have no self control. I am a food addict among other additions.. i eat more protein than i have ever eaten because i want to be full. Lots of H20. I eat breakfast now..but i want to EAT!!! I have been lifting a lot.. i know its most likely all in my head..but i s
hope its because i dont eat enough lol

    Not every day.

    I think everyone has days like that.The last couple days I've had to force myself to eat all my calories.On days I workout hard,I'm not as hungry.

    eat more food! if youre hungry eat

    when you lift weights your body is trying to repair itself and grow. there for, hunger. eat.

    And indulge every once in a while! If I want chocolate, then I have it...even if its a small bag of cadbury mini eggs...I try to plan those splurges and make better decisions during the day so I am under calories even if I eat it. It works and keeps the cravings at bay.

    I used to be very black and white as well, but its not sustainable. Even though I lose weight much slower now, I indulge, I go out with friends for dinner, etc. Slow and steady really wins the race!

    It's also normal to need to eat an extra 300 calories a day the week before your ladytimes!
