    This is what I use for homemade fish stick and chicken/egg salad

    1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
    1/2 tablespoon of mayo (or light mayo)
    1 tablespoon of dijon mustard

    If it's for fish I had a squeeze of lemon juice. Delicious.
