    Do you like hardcore rap?
  • I like to listen to dubstep when I workout. Check out Flux Pavilion, Bassnectar, and Skrillex. All of these artists have songs with great beats that help keep you going during a workout. I personally like the song Wild for the Night feat. Skrillex by ASAP Rocky the beat is great for any type of workout.

I love "Tambourine" by Eve. I have a ton of sort of dance/pop songs on my playlist but this one always puts a little more pep in my step.

I like to listen to heavy metal. If you don't mind vulgarity in the language and I mean really vulgar, I suggest Steel Panther. If not Jay-Z gets me pumped (blue print 2, 99 problems, DOA) and LL Cool J's Mama said Knock You Out.

I usually turn on "90s Pop Radio" on Pandora. "Larger Than Life" by Backstreet Boys, "Spice Up Your Life" by Spice Girls and "Ice Ice Baby" by Vanilla Ice are always fun! And no, I'm not kidding. lol

If you're a fan, any Bollywood songs are good for cardio. They're fast, upbeat, and each song is usually 5+ minutes long, which means that (for me at least) the workout seems to go by faster. It's all psychological =) Fewer songs get me longer into the workout!

someone on here suggested Rockmyrun.com. I've only downloaded one 30 min mix and it was pop/hip hop/classic rock/Neil Diamond/80's............and it worked. I love all kinds of music so this was perfect for me. You can select what kinds of music you want.
