Starting C25K Monday March 11th

If anyone is interested in joining me, send a message or reply to this post :) Cardio get's the fat off, strength training brings the muscles! So I will also be doing 5,4,3,2,1 Workout m-f and squats every day (3 reps of 15-20). Need support and I can give support! :P Who is interested?

    I'm thinking of starting it myself! I have an app on my phone that I'm ready to use. I'll be doing C25K along with Jillian Michaels Body Revolution (will be starting week 2 on Monday). Lets do this!

  • great! can't wait i kinda got excited and got a head start the past 2 days lol i am surprised how long i can run but i gotta remember not to push too hard! me n the hubby r lookin irward to a 5k this summer !! yall can add me and eachother and ill add yall and we can keep accountability if u want? im game.
