I am working on my goals one day at a time and I am very excited to reach them and then more. Any inspiration, motivation tips? Anything is welcome! Support is very important in any challenge, if anyone needs support I can help but it is always welcome to come to me also!!!

Motivation is easy to do, its just applying it thats the real challenge.

I started my fitness journey over the summer, and since then I have learned SO many things and have helped me achieve a lot of my goals. Portion sizes are KEY, but do not count calories. Aside from everyones bodies being different, you want to make the most out of your diet ! If you count calories you'll feel so limited and you'll also be more likely to binge eat or slip up on your diet. Work hard on building up your will power and give it your all at the gym or whatever fitness you prefer. Yoga is great, and don't be discouraged to lift weights but do your research ! Lifting will tone you up really well and so will floor excersizes. Drink a lot of green tea and water each day, it is a natural detox and it will also curb your hunger. Eat 4-5 meals a day, (every 3-4 hours) good luck ! If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask !0
