I'm 5'3 and 206 lbs. I started at 220 and my ultimate goal weight is 120. If I could be 160 before I go on my vacation in July I would be very happy. Im 5'2" and still trying to lose the last 15-20lb of baby wt. (he's 2!) I consistently have 5-6 very hard workouts per week and eat very healthy but can't seem to get below the 150lb mark, now for about 18mos! Very frustrating when I work so hard and the lbs just don't move. I'm wondering, what are your calorie nets for a day? I've been doing 1200-1500 for the last year with no success and now thinking of bumping it up to 1600-1800 but limiting carbs (one whole grain per day, no bread at all).0

Being in school and focusing on nutrition is a tough one, but not impossible. Stay away from fast food as much as possible. For studying food try fruit and, for me, Crispers. Crispers are a good alternative to chips. Also, Wheat Thins are another good one. -Mel0

I'm 4' 9 1/2" and currently at about 160. Boo! My goal weight is 135 (what I weighed when I got married 2.5 years ago). I lost 20 lbs several years ago (sw 145 and reached 125lbs), but it was awful. I literally ate the exact same thing everyday for 6 months (grapenuts w/ banana, yogurt w/ apple, salad & tuna w/ mixed veggies, and salad, chicken w/ rice, & mixed veggies). I am excited to get serious with MFP because I can plan out a variety of food for the day and I know my calories are reasonable. Please feel free to add me.

I'm 5'2" SW 180. JUST completed week 8, lost 8 pounds. Proud of myself. People are noticing I'm frequently pulling up my pants.Sometimes it's frustrating, but I'm determined. I would like to get down to 125. I get creative with exercise, around rhe house and at work. I fbrought out my old hula hoop and keep trying everyday.

I'm 4'9. I weigh 125 pounds and would like to get down to 95-97 pounds. I'm 18 years old. Had some health problems that led to the sudden weight gain. I plan on losing 5-10 pounds this month. I am working on getting up early and moving for 45 mins everyday. Super eager to be healthy again!!!0
