Hi. I am Cherry, a 23 years old girl who is currently on diet and exercise plan. I wonder is it ok for a 155cm girl if i take in 702 calories and burn out 577 calories everyday?

Never, never, never eat below your BMR...this is even more important if you are burning calories through exercise.. Not only is it unhealthy, any weight loss will stall.

I think you are eating too little. I understand the "desire" to lose quickly and it makes sense to reduce, reduce, reduce BUT... this is not sustainable. I try to have a zero balance of my target calories plus my exercise. I set my target to maintain my weight at my goal weight so when I got to my goal, I was already eating what I will continue to eat all the time. Worked for me.
