Hi,

I have a long battle ahead but the body in my profile pic is my motivation and what i'm leaning towards! How do I make sure I tone muscle as I lose? I do have just over 5 stone to lose whilst doing this and looking for someone who knows about the body and how to help me achieve this (i know it aint a race so I aint looking for quick fixers advice).. Thanks for any hep in advance :)
