Hay i am a 16 year old girl and i hate my body i need help losing weight and i have bad knees so i cant run what are some other things i can do? :)

    Start by changing your diet, eating healthier choices. a brisk walk helps too since running is tough for you.

    You're 16 and shouldn't be on this site.

    Putting that aside I would recommend cycling and strength training.

    Also . . . seriously . . .. . learn to love yourself.

    Sixteen is a tough age.

    You need to talk to your doctor. A teen's body has different needs than an adult's.
