Hey guys

I was just wondering how many of you play with your deficits?

How often do you play with your deficits? Once a week? A month? Everyday?

How long until you get results?

Don't be shy.

Some weeks I play with my deficit almost every day, and some times weeks will go by without even an urge to play with my deficit. I don't have a structured plan or anything.

You're telling me you just play with your deficit willy nilly? LIke without a structured plan??

I'm curious as to why you're on my fitness pal then. I mean aren't most people on here playing with their deficits?

    1. You don't need to be so rude.

    2. I'm on myfitnesspal to receive support and motivation. Some days I just don't want to play with my deficit but someone on my FL will inspire me to. It's a great help to me on my journey.

    Listen.

Not to be rude but if they were REALLY being supportive and motivational they'd be playing with your deficit for you. Not letting you figure it out all by yourself.

Don't even call out my FL like that. They would love to play with my deficit but most of them don't even live in the same country as me. But through the instructional videos and motivational pictures they send me on the daily I have become a master at playing with my own deficit. I'd even say I'm elite.

    The results don't lie.

Whatever your friends list sounds totally LAME.

In my friends list we're all up in eachothers deficits.

We can't keep our deficits to ourselves.

It's not my fault that my FL lives in these weird places like England and junk. I don't even think that's a real place.

    Lol, funny thread so far!
When I was on my cut I didn't change mine all that much, started off with too much of a deficit though which I knew because I was dropping too much weight too quickly, so I added a couple hundred back on because I was afraid to loose muscle when I was dropping so quick.
Started about a 600cal deficit then decreased it to about 2-300, then my last week or so dropped it to about 600 again.
Don't care about that now as I'm on my bulk :P surplus, finally :D

So I take it now that you're on a bulk you don't mess with your deficit at all then?

    How does that work?

    Girlfriend maybe?
