I have been working my butt off - walking an hour Monday, Tues, Wed, & Thurs, doing the 30 Day Shred EVERY day (I'm on day 9) and every Thursday I also work out with a group (so that's 2 hours of working out on Thursdays! I stay within my calories and don't eat my exercise calories back - I have went up and back down adjusting my calories and nothing is working - I am just losing and gaining the same 0.4 pounds (or ounces) BUT I think my problem is my sodium intake - so I am going to try and NOT go over on my sodium next week and TRY not to weigh but once a week (instead of every morning) and see what happens!

I have to eat back my exercise calories or the scale doesn't move. MAKE SURE the exercise calories you eat back are healthy!!0

Why don't you eat your exercise calories back?0

Good idea! I believe you will be successful!0

Yes... sodium intake can really inhibit weight loss. I also realized that when I wasn't losing at first. I really tried to keep track on MFP and have found that the less sodium I eat, not only do I lose weight but I also feel so much better.
If you're doing that much working out, you're definitely making a difference. Don't make it all about the scale... feel your body, feel the difference in your energy level and allow yourself to breathe.

Try eating your exercise calories. You're doing a LOT of exercise and you don't want to stress your body more than you need to do.
How long did you try the different calorie levels? It takes about a month to really know if something is working.0 -
If you aren't eating back your exercise calories then you are not achieving your goals. If you're not achieving your goals, then why would you expect to succeed? Achieving your goals = success...start achieving your goals.0
