I'm new here, but not new to tracking food. I lost 105 lbs using WW a couple of years back. Ever since they changed the plan I've struggled with it and gained back 20 lbs. A week ago I decided to try counting calories. I'm so glad I did, I'm so much happier now and the scale is trending back down.

joined ww and really found the propoints system wasnt for me, plus the meetings seemed like one long weight watchers advert for their products. Hopefully this system will help educate me andd make me more accountable, i have lots to lose .0

Welcome! I did WW in 2004, found it very frustrating and definitely promoting their products. I still have the odd WW dinner but find MPF easier to manage. And it's free!0

I did WW when it was the old points systenm and nearly got to goal but stopped losing when they changed the system and gave up. I recently went back and have lost 10lbs but can't aford to keep paying so I'm trying this now to see if it works for me0
