I have been here on and off but doing yourself is difficult. Looking for any supporters.
How you deal with fact when everyone around eat so unhealthy?
I try to eat healthy but now when I started log my food I found out that I eat why too much of sugar not from chocolates but from fresh fruits. Any suggestion for low sugar fruits? or maybe other snacks?
