Whole foods

I've been shopping at whole foods for years they have everything you need plus more just like a regular conventional market. When I go I wish I could buy the whole store. Lol I'm truly addicted. And it's so many choices to choice to choose from. What are some of your whole food favorites when you go?

We don't have Whole Foods in the UK but it would be amazing if we did.

We do however have smaller local companies that are similar. We have one in Bristol where I live called Better Food Company which have some great choices but are in no way as well stocked as a Whole Foods.

I envy all you lucky Americans! :)

I love all the organic stuff including fruits and veggies. I also love getting stuff from the bins like their organic musli.
They also have a great variety of cheeses at the NYC one that I go to. Oh and the nut butters of all kinds and the chocolate!

I love Whole Foods, but now I typically just buy their fresh produce for the most part, and occasionally something frozen. Anything packaged I can usually find cheaper on Vitacost.com or Amazon. And in my area, most conventional grocery stores have organic food now too and have it for cheaper! I'm lucky to live where I live.

I wish I could afford to do all my shopping at whole foods! Right now I only go there to buy my chia seeds, I use to have to get PB2 there but now my local Kroger carries it as well as a bunch of other great organic products.

I stop in at Whole Foods from time to time, but the prices horrify me. I do get their ready-made food sometimes, as it's very tasty and healthier than most of the other quick pick up options nearby. And they used to have incredible spelt chocolate (possibly carob?) chip cookies, but I haven't seen them in a long time.

I love the Suzy's Rosemary Kamut Flatbreads, I add a wedge of Laughing Cow to it for a filling snack. The Rosemary Kamut is only 70 calories for 3 and is under 20 carbs for the serving. Very Filling.
And, the Ezekiel Bread. I buy the Cinnamon Raisin English Muffins, the 4:9 Bread and Cinnamon Raisin Bread with a fresh ground tub of Almond Butter. 1 T eaten at a time for a snack.

I was absolutely determined to figure out how to shop Whole Foods.

I knew it was expensive, but I also thought the same with Trader Joe's. After a while, I realized that, if I avoided the gourmet stuff at TJ's, there was a lot left that was very well priced, as good or better than the supermarket. So, now, I do most of my shopping at TJ's and go to the supermarket or Target for other stuff.

I cleared a couple of hours one afternoon to go through Whole Foods one aisle at a time, determined to find stuff that was affordable. I even found organic lemonade on sale for $1 per bottle! I realized that they do have good sales. But, after my painstaking afternoon, I know of several things that I can buy there and enjoy. I went home with a grocery bag of lots of yummy stuff.

Cheeses! I love their cheese counter. I love trying new varieties of it.
My husband loves their bakery goods.
