My first major NSV!

Today I had my fist major NSV! 
We have a pull up bar and a place to do dips in my basement, on a whim I went downstairs to try it out. I was able to do TWO pull ups and FOUR dips! Wow, I knew I was getting close but I didn't realize I could do either one yet. Hooray for me!
*To clarify, at the gym I've been working on pull ups and back strength for months, recently I added in dips with a resistance band. It isn't like I just thought I would try to do a pull up without any prior practice.*
