restarting for the last time

Looking for friends with similar goals.
176 pounds ish looking to lose 35-45 pounds and stick to this for once.
Anyone who can help kick my butt same goals or not also would help.

    Hi Max,

    I'm new to mfp but I can definitely share the routine I follow that's been helpful in keeping it off. My wife thinks I'm nuts but I've eliminated dairy, wheat and poultry from my diet. So far, I've lost 26lbs. I lost weight prior to MFP. Also, I approach food differently. I eat for fuel instead of taste. There are thousands of good foods but in the past I've eaten the 7-10 that are bad for us. I'm not a vegan because I still eat eggs. I removed wheat on yesterday because I read online about "wheat bellies." I work out a lot so I think the wheat has been hindering me from losing all of the belly fat. What are you eating?

    I came back Feb 1st at 165lbs after taking a year off. It took me that long to commit mentally. I have lost 14lbs since then. I would like to lose 20 more.
