taking one week off (running only) then starting P90X plus. Didn't follow nutrition plan @ first. Body has definitively changed but weight loss was a little disappointing. Going to follow it to the letter in next phase. Didn't take pictures or measurements but will do both this time. Thanks for support.0

Big congrats! take a few weeks off then jump back in. I'm starting Round 3 on March 25 and have made a group for it if you'd like to join
