So my daughter (who works at McDonald's) just comes in and brings me one of their new Cinnamelts!! OMG it is quite yummy to say the least.... and OMG I certainly did NOT need all those 460 calories that were included in it. But.... how could I disappoint her thoughtfulness and turn it down. She is a typical teenager, will be 17 on Monday, so any sign of her thinking about someone else and not just herself is a plus in my book. Guess I will be hitting up that treadmill for another walk later on this afternoon. Wish me luck!

Its just one meal, one meal will not kill you.. do the workout but most importantly just get right bank on track. In the long run it won't make a difference

That was very nice of her. A random act of kindness is a perfect excuse to treat yourself.. nay, let someone else treat you. :flowerforyou: Get an extra walk in but don't stress about it!0
