I weigh everyday (just to start with as I like to know how certain foods affect the scale) and every Wednesday I lose weight . Why this day ? Crazy

Probably because you eat higher sodium/more processed foods on weekends and then by wednesday you have lost that water weight. I do the same every wednesday or thursday.0

It happens to me too and can be either Tuesday or Wednesday. I just eat more over the weekend.0

IDK, but according to my sleep app I always sleep best on Wednesdays and I don't know why!0

You should space your weigh-ins out a little more. Instead of everyday try every other week.
Edited to add: Only if you find it discouraging. Other than that, just do what works for you.0 -
Haha, me too. I'm always thinking my weigh in Friday is going to be nothing, then Wednesday hits and the lbs drop just in time for weigh in.0

Daily weigher, same thing, Tues or Wed is when I post a week to week loss for the most part.
Friday morning is typically the lowest point, Monday morning the highest. Just a combination of sodium, alcohol, and tendency to be more social (eating out, poor food choices, etc).0 -
I'm glad I'm not the only one who has a "loss day".. Last year before I started slacking, I would weigh myself on tue, thur, and sat. And for some reason, EVERY thur, I would have gained one lb from tue.. I would freak the hell out and go into overdrive, and then by saturday I'd lbe 2.5-3 lbs lighter than tue.0

It's the Adipose. Does the alarm go off when he leaves through the cat door?

If you're like most people, you probably eat more sodium on the weekends... leading you to retain water weight. Then you probably lose the extra water weight on Monday - Tuesday. My husband sometimes will gain 5+ pounds in water weight on the weekends alone!
