200 day update with pics

Ok so today was officially my 200th day on MFP, so I thought I'd post progress pics...yeah shirts still on but you should be thankful for that lol. Trust me, nobody wants to see this guy half naked...but anyway here's the updated pics, it's by no means after, still 15 lbs left to goal, and a lot of fitness goals left to meet. First two are before taken around august of 2012 the 3rd was taken today at te gym before my workout.
