Can any of you ladies share some ideas on how to lift these ever falling boobies? Also, any suggestions on how to tone up the "BELOW bikini line" pooch?

Heavy bench press helped give my girls a little lift.
The only way to get rid of a belly pooch is to eat at a deficit and lower your body fat.0 -
Oh yes for a fact I can. I am a 41DD and when I don't lift, they sag. I thought I needed a boob lift and was saving for surgery and then I hired a trainer. I lifed doing chest press, push ups and chest flies. I will swear by this. It works. I was so shocked. I then quit lifting and the sag came back mos later. I lifted again and they perked up. I quit lifting again last summer and guess what? They are looking granny again. It only takes about a month to notice the difference. It's a big difference. If someone with boobs as heavy as mine can get perked up, you can to. Try it.
The lower pooch Jillian Michael's says in her 30 day shred can be changed by lying on the floor and raising straightened legs an holding. It is also said though that "abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym". That means your diet plays the cards there.0 -
Thank you.
Since I am new to starting out, how many sets should I start with & how many days a week?0 -
Do you strength train? Chest exercises can help give you some lift. (I like incline flyes and DB bench presses, but there are a ton of different types of flyes you can do, plus chest presses and the plethora of options to change those up. Bodybuilding.com has a great exercise library.) For the pouch... lose weight. Lower ab exercises help tone (like bicycle crunches and reverse crunches, stuff like that), but the only way to lose it is to lose fat.
Good luck!0 -
I do strength 3 to 4 days a week. You can find a lot of beginner routines online. I like to do 3 or 4 sets of 6 to 12 reps, with about 1 minute between sets. I usually do between 4 and 8 exercises, depending on how much time I have.0

Nope, I have not started any type of exercising yet. I'm trying to figure out where exactly to begin. Whats best for a beginner like me? Thank you for the great suggestions. Why have i not posted any of my questions sooner?0

Glad you ladies liked my perv comment. Couldn't resist (plus I do think the guy was a total perv for what he posted).
To the OP: I think a great place to start is with Elements Pilates for Weight Loss, Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred or any Ellen Barrett DVD (Fat Burning Fusion is good for beginners).
I think you can work your pecs, and that will help a bit with the lift, but breast tissue does not contain muscle, so there won't be miracles. If you lose some weight, some will likely come from the breasts as well, so there's a little lift that was too. I wish I had better news in that dept.0 -

Very clever!!!
OP, do you have a smart phone? There are lifting apps that have a whole database of lifting routines for you all set up based on your current fitness level. I'm a fan of iPTrainerHD0 -
Thank you to ALL the ladies-Minus the "perv". Good thing I didn't state the fact that i was a "posting virgin" Lol. You have given me many tools to use and I am eager to start. I am going to give the 30 day shred a go!0
