I need some guidance from women with apple shapes. I have all my weight in my torso. Im short and my legs are probably my favorite asset. Oh and I have no butt. If any of you have found something that helps please feel free to share. Oh and I almost forgot I have the biggest flappiest arms. I always have. I have 25 pounds to get to my goal and I really want to get it right this time.

I'm an apple too; although, I am very long. For me, yoga and pilates are the only two things that help shape my middle--probably because they help elongate the frame and focus on strenghtening the core.. And yoga pushups do wonders for the arms and shoulders. Running has been an absolute MIRACLE for my butt. I've never had a butt either and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my butt is no longer just an extension of my thighs! For me, I need to eat 6 small meals throughout the day to notice any weightloss from the mid-section. I lose it in my legs and arms and face, but there is something about the small meals that helps the middle disappear.

    Hello Boomnbooom,
The best advise I can give you and that's working wonders for me is to check out the Brazil Butt LIft. Its a beachbody program and I'm currenlty doing round 2 because I feel in love with what its doing to my body. I get to do it in the privacy of my own home and the best part is that even thought its super challenging, its soo much fun that it doesn't even feel like a workout. If you want to check out my site at www.myfitnessrockstar.com, you can find more information or of course feel free to ask me.
