I would like to put salmon (will probably broil it first) in my salad tonight and I am wondering what would be a good dressing for the salad. The ones I have in the fridge dont sound like they would taste good with the fish. Any tried and true recipes out there. Thanks in advance

My newest favorite is cucumber and dill dressing... I tend to stay away from creamy dressings but I love this stuff and I think it would be awesome with salmon, may just have to try it myself tonight lol.

Oil and balsamic vinegar is really good. Also, Kraft makes a light toasted sesame dressing. I love it and thinking it might be good on a salmon salad.

    Lemon wedges!

Pennzey's Spices makes "raspberry enlightenment", which is very good without adding a lot of fat, but I've never tried it on salmon specifically.

Italian ....... balsamic ..... or rice wine vinegar ...... or a low-fat plain yogurt with lots of chopped dill ......

Oh, and Newman's light lime dressing :drinker:

This sounds awesome. Almost like the greek Tzatziki Sauce. What brand or how do you make it? Also, is this a high calorie dresing?

    Thanks
