Grouping Exercises

I want to group a routine of exercises I regularly do at a gym. I will never scroll through two dozen exercises each day adding each one by one, entering the number of reps and and weight, etc. There must be a way to scroll through and build a routine once, and save it so each day under Exercise you can choose "Routine 1" and have all the exercises entered just like common foods. I don't seem to be able to make this happen.
Also, I don't see any calories burned for strength exercising!? Why not?

Hmmm...OK. Thanks. How about calories burned. If you exercise for strength in a gym for an hour no calories burned credits are "awarded?"0

There really isn't a way to accurately get calories burned while lifting weights, even with a heart rate monitor0
