Any good tasting recommendations? Don't really care about the calories/macros!

I ain't sure about the sauce as I have never used any but I just cooked rice ( white ) this way.
I boiled the rice 90% cooked. Drained it, let it get cold.
Heat olive oil in a pan, throw some chopped onions, green chillies and cumin seeds let it brown.
Add the cold rice and simmer and season with salt.

I add 2 tbsp of peanut butter to rice. Sounds gross, but tastes great.

This is one of my favourite recipes to have with rice - http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1424/ken-homs-stirfried-chicken-with-chillies-and-basil. It's quite low calorie but really high in protein so great after a gym session. I also like the BBC Good Food bean and pepper chilli - http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2536654/bean-and-pepper-chilli. Again, really low calorie and can be frozen so you can make a few portions. It's really good by itself too.

I don't know if these are the type of thing you were looking for but hope they help :)

I have been known to make curry or stroganoff, without the meat, and just dump it on top of rice to eat.

Chimichurri is awesome with rice. I also have it with black beans and/or steak.

Tomatoes and onions, kind of like the flavors in Spanish rice!

Actually, I'm Chinese, so maybe I'm biased, but I eat freaking everything with rice. My (non-Asian) bf likes it when I make pesto fried rice. I...have been known to eat guacamole on rice. I mean, it's like half of the inside of a burrito? Whatever! :P
