    One of mine that I have loved lately contains..
    One banana,
    2 scoops of Vanilla herbalife healthy meal shake
    A tiny bit of vanilla yogurt
    a teaspoon of butterscotch pudding mix
    ice ice ice

    Blended together. YUMMY

    Check it out! Last night I made home made mac n cheese with bacon bits stuffed jalapeno meatloaf wrapped in apple cider cured BACON!! It...was...epic!!!! oh and uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh 1 oz of Herbalife for taste

    I sent you a request to an Herbalife group. Please join us and feel free to friend me but save yourself and stay out of the forums with questions like this. They will eat you alive lol. It seems as if no one likes anyone that does shakes on here.

    Maybe that's a sign. If all your neighbors are standing on the sidewalk in their pajamas saying the house is on fire do you still try to go in and go to bed?
