When did you start seeing physical results?

I started tracking my calories and exercising on February 12th, 2013. Since then, I've lost 11 pounds (I have a goal of losing 30), but I have yet to notice any difference in my appearance. (Although I'm definitely feeling a lot better.)
I was just wondering, when did YOU start noticing a change in your appearance?
Thanks!

I usually start seeing a physical difference at about 15 pounds. Everyone is different and you are much smaller than I am so your pounds are worth more than my pounds. But that's just me. =]0

Honestly, I didn't. I knew that the scale said that I was lighter, and my pants better but I didn't see myself any thinner. It wasn't until one of my friends said "Uh.... where did the rest of you go?" and then I started comparing pictures and then I could really see the results! Try putting an old and a new full body shot next to each other, then I bet you will be able to see it

I wanted to add that maybe you should start measuring yourself with a tape measure. Sometimes you may not see it on your body but it's still there.0

I took photos on the 2nd of Jan and then updated the pics on the 20th of February with a noticeable difference. Scale has hardly moved since day one Im fluctuating between 2 and 5 pound loss so. Im not really weighing anymore just measuring via pics and tape measure0

Diet results took about a week and a half. My starting weight was already on the lower side of the healthy weight range so results were more noticeable. I noticed mass gains after about six weeks of lifting.0

I am very short at 5'2 and my starting weight wasn't super high, so I've already noticed a difference with just a 3 lb loss. But because I am very small boned and short 5 lbs is a big deal for me. 5 lbs for me can mean an entire size difference so it's a lot more obvious. But I've also been doing a lot of weights and interval training so my muscles are becoming a lot more obvious and I'm getting leaner without losing a ton of weight.0

I'm at 19 lost and I can't really see the difference, except in my hips. But I still have a whole lot to lose.0
