For me, I prefer to do exercise such as quick walking on a 2.4km track or using the fat burn zone to lose fat in Gym after resting for a while after breakfast and take a walk in the nearby neighbourhood park after dinner. Is it ok? When is the best timing for exercise everyday?

when you decide to. I can get up at 5am to exercise but it would be really crappy exercise because I'm not a morning person so I work out mid-afternoon/evening because I'm more awake and energized to go.

Ultimately I would base this decision on personal preference.

Whenever you can do it...I walk and lift in the mornings, then do zumba/ Pilates at night. Fit it in where you can!

The best times to exercise are DAYTIME or NIGHTTIME.

Exercising while sleeping may be problematic. I suggest being awake for your workout. Other than that, whatever is convenient.

Whenever it works best for you and you'll do it most consistently. There's no magic time of the day or night to exercise.
