But it's getting old, got any suggestions that don't add many carbs? I got a really good tuna burger recipe that completely disguises the taste and hardly adds anything other then a little more protein and a couple carbs. Let me know if your interested and I'll post it.

I use a lot of textured vegetable protein (TVP). It adds a few grams of carbs but mainly protein and fiber. It can be added to just about anything - I mix it with veg & seasoning for dinner.0

Ohh sorry I guess my post wasn't really to clear....I'm trying to find more creative ways to eat my tuna, without adding hella macros!0

Chop up peppers and whatever other crunchy vegetable you like and just make a tuna salad.
Or just man up and EAT!!!0 -
I love to flavor my tuna and then eat it on either a bed of lettuce or a bed of cold green beans (think salad nicoise).
I'll flavor the tuna with:
* a could of tsp of parmesan cheese
* canned green chiles
* salsa
* curry simmering sauce
* ginger/ garlic paste
* soy and wasabi
* lite italian dressing0 -
Tuna boats. Get some romaine hearts (the boats). Mix tuna with chopped parsley, diced red pepper and a little spicy dijon mustard and black pepper. Filled the boats and eat. Could add shredded cheese on top but not needed. I admit I originally made them for my son but I love them!0

Add cottage cheese (mostly for moisture in lieu of mayo, but also adds protein, though sometimes I still use some Miracle Whip for flavor as well), and some combination of: sun dried tomatoes, marinaded jalpenos, lemon pepper, rice vinegar, and/or tapatio or other hot sauce. I just mix this up in a bowl and eat it; easy, quick office lunch.
Instead of tuna, try canned salmon for a change. I find it a bit less...tuna-ey, I guess.0 -
I have solid light tuna in olive oil (drained) , with a tiny bit of olive oil hellmans, and curry powder. it is like crack. I love it SO much! Also if you want something similar - but not tuna - brisling sardines are good smashed up with avacado and a squirt of lemon on toast... YUM0

Just to add to my post... I did a taste test... chunk white tuna in water vs. solid light in olive oil and the taste difference is HUGE. also there is a huge different between hellmans and miracle whip (if you add mayo) I find specifically for tuna hellmans is just so much better.0

Tuna Salad with greek yogurt, spicey brown mustard, old bay seasoning finely chopped onion and finely chopped celery. I add grated cheese and put between corn tortilals (I'm gluten-free) and and brown on the stove for a tuna melt but skip the tortilla (or bread and do a wrap with lettuce or cabbage)0

I mix mine up with supremely spicy hummus instead of mayo and throw in some green peppers and onions0

I mix tuna with avocada tomato onions and lettuce then spread it on some baked tostadas.0
