I had lost about 12 pounds in the last month and a few inches by eating better and doing the 30ds everyday. But last friday I stopped exercising...I did eat unhealthy for 2 days but the rest of the days I was eating healthy and I gained all the weight back I feel horrible. I did begin my exercises again on friday so I went a whole week without working out. Anyways will I be able to lose the weight quicker this time around or will it take me the same amount of time? :o

Did you gain the inches back?

Most likely the pounds are from sodium or TOM for water retention.

Once you get back to eating better, the water weight will drop off.

Agree. I'd give it a few good days and then weigh in again! You will feel much better. No way to gain that much weight in that short of a period unless you did some major vegging!

And congrats on the 71lbs! We are at the same point! How tall are you? What was your starting date?

You should be able to get back faster. If you only ate bad for 2 days, I am sure you should be fine in a couple of days. Try to eat less in next two days, i.e. around 1200 calories and focus on protein and veg. It should do the job. At least that is what happens to me.

I agree - think about it - 12 pounds = 42,000 excess calories... Did you possibly overeat by that much? I doubt it.
