Hi. I just joined a 12 week biggest loser contest. I have never done this and really want to try my hardest at winning.....I don't care if i win or not .. but striving for something is helpful for me..and for the fact that it will kick my butt in gear to lose this weight. I want to do it healthy...no crazy diets or anything that is going to make me unhealthy. If anyone has done this and has had success i would love to hear any idea that you may have.
(Weigh in is based on percentage not pounds...also im almost on leve 2 of the 30DS and do 3 days of cardio on top of that) im not losing much weight but inches are coming off like water!
thanks!

I am on week 8 in a BL competition. I have lost 5% of my body weight. I have been averaging 2-3 lbs a week. I have been using My Fitness Pal and excercising 5 days a week. Basically I have cut back my portion sizes, made healthier choices and because of the way my body reacts to it have cut breads down to once a day. i donèt know if any of this will help but I wish you Good Luck!0

watch your carbs while staying w/in your caloric allotment. Give it a try for a week and see if you notice a difference on the scale. I now aim to consume less than 100 carbs a day. It's made a difference for me, while sticking w my previous 1500 cals a day.0
